How do I know what size to order?

Sizing Chart

Small: 13-14 inches bust

Med: 16-18 inches bust

Large: 20-23.6 inches bust

Please note: All pieces are handmade, so sizing may slightly vary by 0.5-1 inch. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.

How Avyra Sizing Works

All Avyra tops are made from beads and are measured flat by width - not by the actual bra size. Each design is unique, so accurate bust measurements are key for the best fit.

• How to Measure Yourself:

  1. Use a soft measuring tape.
  2. Place the tape flat across your chest, starting just under one armpit and straight across the fullest part of your bust (over the nipples), stopping under the other armpit.
  3. Choose the closest size using the chart below
Return & Exchange

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our beaded tops, ALL sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We do not accept returns due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer or change of mind.

Once your order is placed, production begins immediately.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we'll make it right.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

If an exchange is approved, the item must be returned unworn and in its original condition within 7 days.

Beaded Top Care Instruction

How do I clean my beaded top?

Avoid water. Beaded tops should not be submerged or exposed to water.

To clean, use a soft, dry cloth or a gentle brush to remove dust and dirt.

How do I prevent tangling or breakage?

Handle with care and avoid pulling on the beads.

When not in use, fasten any clasps or straps to prevent chains from tangling.

Can I fix a broken bead or loose chain?

If your chain opens, you can simply clamp it back together with a small jewelry tool or pliers. However, we take extra care to test and inspect every piece before shipping to ensure durability and prevent breakage.

Do you offer custom designs?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but we're always working on new styles-stay tuned!

Pre-orders

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes! Some of our bestselling and restocking pieces are available for pre-order. This means you're reserving your item before it's officially made and ready to ship.

How long do preorders take?

  • Each item is different but it generally takes 2-3 weeks for preorders to arrive in stock.
  • Please also understand, that sometimes preorders can take longer than our estimated arrival time. Sometimes there are things that are out of our hands, that can change the delivery date. We work very hard to deliver by the date you expect. 
  • On many occasions orders come in well before their estimated date also. The date listed is estimated. If you need an item by a certain date, we suggest letting us know, so if the date does get changed, we can inform you.


Why pre-order?

Pre-ordering guarantees you get your hands on high-demand styles that sell out fast. It also helps us produce intentionally, reduce waste, and maintain a sustainable slow fashion process.

Can I cancel or change a pre-order?

Because each piece is made-to-order, we're unable to cancel, change, or refund pre-orders once they've been placed. Please doublecheck your size and info before checking out.


What if the preorder takes longer than expected?

  • If the preorder hasn’t arrived by the time we tell you, we will always send you a discount code on your next purchase. 
  • However, we can also cancel your order and refund or you may choose something else! We understand wanting things in a timely manner and we are here to make the sometimes frustrating delays as easy as possible

Do you offer rush production?

We do not offer rush production at this time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly.


What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours. If your tracking hasn’t updated after that, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

What if my package is lost in transit?

Avyra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

What if my item arrives damaged?
