Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@avyraofficial.com within 48 hours with clear photos.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
  • If approved, the item must be returned unworn and in its original condition within 7 days of approval.
